- Existing vacant office buildings from 5,000 sq ft to 75,000 sq ft.
- Existing care facilities suitable for refurbishment and repurposing.
- Partially completed residential schemes or commercial developments.
- Development land in and around Town Centres of between 1 – 6 acres.
- Town Centre regeneration schemes.
Size
Developments are sought of varying sizes from 8 to 150+ units meeting the following criteria:

Weaver Finch’s focus is on providing affordable housing. We are therefore able to acquire s106 Affordable Housing Obligations from developers, either on a turnkey off-plan basis, or in some instances we will acquire the land and develop out the scheme ourselves.
