Developments are sought of varying sizes from 8 to 150+ units meeting the following criteria:

Building Type

  • Existing vacant office buildings from 5,000 sq ft to 75,000 sq ft.

  • Existing care facilities suitable for refurbishment and repurposing.

  • Partially completed residential schemes or commercial developments.

  • Development land in and around Town Centres of between 1 – 6 acres.

  • Town Centre regeneration schemes.

Location

  • Edge of Town / Town Centre locations.

  • Town Centre regeneration developments.

  • Close to transport links, local amenities and educational facilities.

s106 Affordable Housing Obligations

Weaver Finch’s focus is on providing affordable housing. We are therefore able to acquire s106 Affordable Housing Obligations from developers, either on a turnkey off-plan basis, or in some instances we will acquire the land and develop out the scheme ourselves.
